DocJo is an online platform that provides services to support parents through their parenting journey and help them manage their children’s overall wellbeing.
DocJo offers the following services:
- Digital storage of your children’s health records.
- Virtual consultations regarding your children’s behavioral, mental and physical health and parent coaching.
- Up-to-date and easy to read content such as articles and videos on a wide range of topics related to children’s well-being .
- Daily practical tips and recommendations .
- Resources and Tools developed by professionals to benefit you and your family.
- Referral to specialists and doctors when needed .
- Monthly follow-up and monitoring of your children’s health and wellbeing .

You can start by following these simple steps.

- Complete our questionnaire
- Complete your child’s profile or create your own profile
- Choose your plan and payment method.
- Request your introductory call.
The number of consultations you can request for your children will depend on the plan you have selected. Kindly refer back to the details of each plan for further information.
Working hours are from 8:30 am -5:00 pm Sunday to Thursday.
Our consultations can be requested beyond these hours but may vary upon our professionals’ availability.
We provide our services in Arabic and English.
No, in case of emergencies, we advise you to contact 911 or visit the nearest Emergency Room.

A care manager will contact you on the date requested, then you will be assigned to the corresponding experts and professionals who will call you based upon your requested time and date.
- Subscriptions

We have different subscriptions plans. For the latest information, kindly refer to the subscription page under your user profile.
We do not accept insurance at this time. However, DocJo is considered as an added benefit to your current health insurance plan and we provide services that many health insurance plans do not cover such as mental health consultations and parent coaching.
You can pay for our services through credit/debit cards, Paypal or by cash. Credit/Debit cards need to have 3D secure system activated to be accepted.
- Data Privacy
Your information is stored on our cloud service providers, and it’s only shared in encrypted channels between you and our professionals through the DocJo system.
